MCGI Today (click for History)

Constant mass indoctrinations and mass baptisms list more members and locales around the globe. The Congregation is a witness to the rapid growth of non-Filipino members since the time Bro. Eli left the country, and is counting more as he stays longer abroad. The change of the group’s name to Members Church of God International in 2005 shows its utmost relevance to what is now a global religious entity. In the same way, the relocation of MCGI headquarters from the “Old Central” to ADD Convention Center in Apalit, Pampanga describes the huge number of members in the province alone. The Convention Center is double the size of a 20,000-seater Araneta Coliseum, the biggest indoor facility in Southeast Asia. This gives a clear view of the sheer size of the whole Congregation.

The group that started from a small number of Filipino believers in Northern Philippines is now the same huge organization that caters daily free medical missions, free bus and train rides, and free college education. MCGI also supports several centers that house the homeless, the aged, and the special individuals. In its effort to save lives, MCGI is now the number one blood donor in the Philippines acknowledged by the Philippine National Red Cross.
